When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address;
- Your property address and details about the property;
- Information about the service you require, your energy retailer and your electricity network area;
- Your preferred contact method;
- Photos you choose to upload of your switchboard, meter box or electrical installation;
- Any other information you provide in your job description or in correspondence with us.
We may also collect limited technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) when you use our website, to help us operate and improve it.
2. How we collect information
We collect personal information directly from you — for example, when you complete our online quote form, upload photos, call us on 0466 125 125, email us, or otherwise communicate with us. You are not required to create an account to use our website.
3. Why we collect and use your information
We collect and use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
- Assess your job, including reviewing any photos you upload;
- Schedule, perform and follow up on electrical and metering-preparation work;
- Communicate with you by your preferred contact method;
- Liaise, where necessary, with your energy retailer, metering provider or electricity distributor to progress your job;
- Comply with our legal, safety and regulatory obligations, including licensing and electrical-safety requirements in New South Wales;
- Maintain business records and improve our services.
4. Photos you upload
Photos you upload with a quote request are used solely to assess and quote your job. They are stored securely and are accessible only to our team. Please avoid including people or unrelated personal items in your photos. If you would like photos you have submitted to be deleted, contact us and we will remove them.
5. Disclosure of your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose it to:
- Your energy retailer, metering provider or electricity distributor, where required to progress your connection, meter installation or defect rectification;
- Our service providers who help us operate our business (such as website hosting, data storage and email delivery providers), under obligations of confidentiality;
- Government bodies, regulators or other parties where required or authorised by law.
Some of our service providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Quote-form submissions and uploaded photos are stored in secure, access-controlled systems. We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We will only send you marketing communications if you have asked for them or would reasonably expect them, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us or using any unsubscribe option provided.
8. Access and correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
